What you need to consider before you Freeze Your Fat

When it comes to non-surgical fat reduction, there are many options; similar but different treatments, new and old technologies, and procedures, all of which are competing for our attention.

Cryolipolysis, or fat freezing, is a non-surgical fat loss treatment using controlled cooling to permanently eradicate subcutaneous fat in target areas. Whilst many of you may have heard of Cryolipolysis, there are multiple brands, machines and techniques available, which to the public eye, all seem to do the same thing. Unfortunately, though, this is not the case.

It's astounding how many cheap, untested, non-medical grade fat freezing technologies are available in the market.

TGA approval for Cryolipolysis does NOT cover every fat-freezing device on the market.

Cryolipolysis is a TGA approved treatment for localised fat reduction. What many people are unaware of, however, is that the TGA approval for Cryolipolysis does NOT cover every fat-freezing device on the market.

Things to consider

Safety

The safety of a procedure is of vital importance. The technology is just as important as the expertise of the therapist conducting the treatment. Ensure the equipment is medical grade, TGA approved and registered on the Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG). We urge you to do your homework and not take any risks.

Efficiency

Choose high standard technologies that have been clinically proven to have high efficiency. Look for real-life testimonials (by real people not paid celebrities), clinical trials by medical experts (these should be documented and easily available using a Google search), before and after photos and word of mouth as evidence to support the claims of efficiency. The last thing you want is to spend money on inefficient fat freezing treatments that yield no results!

Reputation

In addition to the safety and effectiveness of the device, is the device your considering reputable? Many cosmetic and plastic surgeons offer Fat Freezing these days as an effective non-invasive fat reduction treatment for patients seeking non-surgical options. High end medical fat freezing / cryolipolysis systems that are supported by medical experts and industry have been tested with real patients in real clinical trials. Many of these devices will have publicly available reports written by medical experts to support the trials and the technology.

Cost

The adage saying if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is resonates here. Medical Cryolipolysis pricing is closely aligned to the cost of the device itself. Thus why these devices are usually only found in high end clinics, and surgeries.

Keep in mind often times when you purchase a cheap product or service, 9 times out of 10 you will be disappointed - you really do get what you pay for here.

WE choose Clatuu Alpha

We trialled it ourselves so we could be confident in the service we were offering! Before and after photos were taken and we were extremely impressed with the results! We also trialled another system (as paying clients) to compare during our research - the results were very disappointing, especially considering the out of pocket cost for no return!

Clatuu Alpha is TGA approved, Australian Register of Therapeutic Goods (ARTG) registered medical grade treatment for non-invasive fat reduction. Documented, clinically proven results by medical experts reporting significant fat reduction in localised sites with very limited side effects sealed our decision to choose Clatuu Alpha over any other system on the market.

Clatuu Alpha technology has a very high patient satisfaction with over 10 million procedures performed globally. It’s home to the world’s first patented 360 surround cooling technology, providing faster, more effective fat reduction.
